Hari 1: Bandara Sumbawa Besar – Desa Doro Peti, Dompu
11.00 Anda akan kami jemput di Bandara Sumbawa Besar
12.00 Perjalanan dilanjutkan menuju Desa Doropeti. Makan siang mampir di rumah makan yang ditemukan dalam perjalanan
18.00 Tiba di Desa Doropeti, mendaftar di Taman Nasional kemudian check in homestay
19.00 Makan malam di sekitaran Desa Doropeti dan briefing persiapan pendakian
Hari 2: Penadakian Gunung Tambora menggunakan Hardtop/Jeep (B, L & D)
08.00 Morning call, sarapan dan persiapan pendakian
09.00 Start pendakian menuju Pos 2
11.00 Tiba di Pos 2, istirahat sejenak kemudian lanjut menuju Pos 3
13.00 Tiba di Pos 3, packing barang, istirahat dan makan siang. Setelah makan siang, acara bebas sambil menikmati keindahan padang savana di Pos 3
19.00 Makan malam dan istirahat
Hari 3: Mendaki Ke Puncak Gunung Tambora (B, L & D)
03.00 Morning call dan persiapan menuju Puncak Gunung Tambora Via Doro Ncanga

05.30 Tiba di puncak, menikmati keindahan alam dan sunrise
06.30 Kembali turun ke Pos 3, istirahat sejenak, packing barang dan sarapan
09.00 Turun ke Pos 1
13.00 Tiba di Pos 1, istirahat dan menikmati makan siang di sekitaran Desa Doropeti
14.00 Perjalanan dilanjutkan kembali menuju Kota Sumbawa Besar
20.00 Tiba di Kota Sumbawa Besar, makan malam dan anda akan kami antar ke penginapan anda di sekitaran Kota Sumbawa Besar. Program selesai.
- Itinerary di atas bersifat fleksibel, menyesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan.
- Dalam beberapa program kami sebelumnya, ada pendaki yang tidak kuat melanjutkan perjalan ke puncak, sehingga sangat disarankan melakukan pemanasan sebelum memulai pendakian minimal 7 hari sebelum (jogging dan naik turun tangga)
- Tidak dianjurkan untuk mengikuti program trekking Tambora bagi Peserta yang memiliki penyakit Sesak Nafas, Jantung Koroner, Epilepsi, Darah Tinggi, Indikasi Vertigo dan penyakit berbahaya lainnya

Important Notes!
In every Tambora Trekking Program Via Doro Ncanga, here are some important information that you need to know.
- The number of guides used will be adjusted according to the number of participants with the following details:
- Participants 1 – 5 people use 1 guide
- Participants 6 – 10 people use 2 guides (one in front and one behind the participants)
- The number of porters used will adjust according to the number of participants with the following details:
- 1 participant will be accompanied by 1 porter
- 2 – 4 participants will be accompanied by 2 porters
- 5 – 6 participants will be accompanied by 3 porters
- 7 – 8 participants will be accompanied by 4 porters
- 9 – 10 participants will be accompanied by 5 porters
Participant Equipments must bring
- Personal daypack/small bag to carry your essential needs
- Sleeping bag
- Personal clothing + spare; warm clothes (sweaters, etc.) & long pants (as needed)
- Camera
- Toiletries & prayer equipment
- Headlamp/flashlight
- Trekking shoes & sandals (sturdy shoes and not too narrow)
- Thick socks, gloves, headscarf & field hat
- Sunglasses & sunblock (if available)
- Personal additional food and drinks
- Personal medications & tiger balm/muscle spray (for muscle pain)

- The edited photo and/or video files will be sent via Google Drive 3 – 4 days after the trip ends
- If you prefer raw files, please bring your own flash drive and our photographer will transfer all raw files to your flash drive
Term & Condition
- This Sumbawa Tour package is PRIVATE and will not be shared with other
- Children 5 years old and under at the same time of tour are free of charge
- All minors must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all time.
- Payment of a 40% deposit is required to secure a package reservation
- Flexible tour dates are available upon request
- Once you decide to book the trip please provide us with details of your feet For snorkeling and swimming fins
- The remaining payment can be transferred/cash when you meet our guide
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the event: a 25% cancellation fee will apply, based on the total booking price.
- Cancellation 1 or 2 day before or on the day of the event: The deposit is non-refundable,
- No-show on the day of the event: Regardless of prior cancellation, the payment is non-refundable.
- Force majeure (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters, war): The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify the schedule/itinerary for the safety of participants and crew. Any changes or cancellations due to force majeure are non-refundable
Whale Shark Tour FAQ'S

We provide all the equipment you need (snorkel, mask and fins), but feel free to bring your own. We also suggest bringing ear plugs to reduce of the loud sound of the local boat’s engine that will be used to go to the Whale Shark point
As much we cannot control Mother Nature. Sea conditions on the day may impact water visibility or other factors beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot offer any guarantees or refunds regarding sightings.
